springboardstore.com is available to take your calls 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (EST), 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, at 888-988-7717. Additionally, you can use the Contact Us feature to send us a question, compliment or concern. All electronic correspondence will be answered within 24 hours.
Limitation of Sales to the United States
Delivery is not available outside the continental United States.
End Users Only
springboardstore.com sells its products for end users only. Resellers, or those looking to purchase products with the intent to resell products, are not eligible to purchase. springboardstore.com retains the right to cancel any order it believes to have been made with the intent to resell or redistribute products. Any account believed to be used for this purpose is subject to cancellation.
Electronic Software Downloads
Electronic or downloadable products, including electronic gift certificates, rebates and coupon codes, are authorized by the credit card you provide at the time of sale. Once springboardstore.com acquires this credit card authorization, you will receive an email with a link to begin downloading your product. If the download is interrupted, and you are unable to start your download again, please call us at 888-988-7717 during normal business hours to obtain an additional download link.
All electronic or downloadable products are non-refundable.
Custom-Configured and Built-to-Order Products
springboardstore.com allows customers to custom-configure certain products. Custom-ordered products are non-returnable and cannot be changed, modified or canceled. Payment Methods
A variety of payment options are offered for your convenience. springboardstore.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, PayPal, and debit/check cards, provided they can be processed as a credit card.
Upon placing an order, springboardstore.com will seek an authorization for the amount of your order. Your card will be charged the full amount at the time of processing and shipment.
springboardstore.com accepts payments through PayPal accounts. If you are a PayPal member, and would like to use your account to purchase items at springboardstore.com, please follow the PayPal links during the checkout process.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and added to your order based on your shipping address and applicable tax rate at the time of shipment.
Tax Exempt Orders
If you are placing your orders on behalf of a tax exempt organization, either during the account set-up process or prior to placing your first order, please contact a springboardstore.com customer service agent to assist you in configuring a tax exempt account.
All tax exempt accounts must provide certification from the state to which the order is being shipped. The name of the individual placing the order must exactly match the name on the tax exemption certificate. springboardstore.com does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
Shipping Options
springboardstore.com offers four convenient shipping options:
Same Day Delivery - This option is free on all orders greater than $100 and deliverable to addresses within the city limits of Philadelphia, PA. All in-stock orders placed before 3 p.m., EST, within the city limits of Philadelphia, PA, qualify for same-day delivery, Monday-Thursday. Any order placed after 3 p.m. Friday, or placed on Saturday and Sunday, will typically be delivered on Monday. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is en route to be delivered. All same-day deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Standard Shipping - UPS Ground Shipping is free on all orders greater than $50. Products shipped via standard service are typically delivered within 6 business days after shipment. Upon shipment, you will receive a notification email and tracking numbers for your packages.
2-Day Shipping - For an additional charge, springboardstore.com offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped via two-day service, prior to 3 p.m., EST, are typically delivered by 4:30 p.m., local time, two business days after shipment. For example, an order placed at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday, could be expected to arrive by Thursday at 4:30.p.m., provided all items are in stock at the time of your order.
Overnight Delivery - For an additional charge, springboardstore.com offers this expedited shipping option for most products. Products shipped prior to 3 p.m., EST, are typically delivered by 3 p.m., local time, one business day after shipment.
All above estimates pertain to transit times only and do not apply until the product leaves springboardstore.com. Once your order leaves our facilities, springboardstore.com cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the shipment method you specify.
Signature Required. Once your order is prepared for shipment or is shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products passes to you upon delivery.
Undeliverable Packages. Occasionally a package may be returned to springboardstore.com as undeliverable. In the event the carrier returns an undeliverable package to springboardstore.com, you will be notified via email and phone, using the primary email address and primary phone number in your customer account file. Should springboardstore.com be unable to reach you within 7 business days to discuss alternative shipping options (with the exception of any non-returnable products, such as built-to-order products), your order will be refunded back to the original card of purchase.
Failed Delivery Attempts. springboardstore.com’s carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Should all three delivery attempts fail, the carrier will return the package to springboardstore.com. For all same day delivery attempts, you will be notified by email when order is en route. The cost of same-day delivery includes only 1 attempt. Any further attempts will result in additional fees. When placing an order for same-day delivery, please note any date and time requirements in the field provided for special delivery instructions.
Shipping Refunds. If you pay for expedited shipping and do not receive your shipment on time, please contact springboardstore.com by accessing your Account Information screen, selecting Order History, choosing the specific order in question, and sending a Help Desk note.
Incorrect or Damaged Items . If you receive the wrong products or any of your order incurs damage during shipment, please contact springboardstore.com by accessing your Account Information screen, selecting Order History, choosing the specific order in question, and sending a Help Desk note. In order to process damage claims in some cases, springboardstore.com may request photographs be taken of damaged goods and corresponding original packaging.
Order Processing
springboardstore.com processes all orders received during business hours, 5 days a week. Business hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Any orders placed outside of normal business hours are processed the following day*. In-stock orders placed on the weekend, deliverable outside of Philadelphia, PA, ship promptly the following Monday.
Only same-day delivery orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 p.m. are guaranteed to be processed the day an order is received.
To provide adequate delivery time, any order for in-stock items eligible for same-day shipping must be received before 3 p.m. (EST), pending payment processing.
*Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed after 6 p.m. Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Prices
springboardstore.com offers competitive prices on Apple products, selected sale items, and third-party products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. springboardstore.com reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at springboardstore.com, at any time, and particularly to correct pricing errors appearing on springboardstore.com
Should springboardstore.com reduce its price on any shipped product within 7 calendar days of shipment, you may request a refund or credit for the difference by contacting contact springboardstore.com Sales Support at 888-988-7717, or using the Help Desk feature in your Order History. You must contact springboardstore.com to receive a credit or refund.
Product Availability
springboardstore.com makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated times quoted at checkout. Estimated shipping times include normal business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Although springboardstore.com makes every effort to ship your order according to quoted times provided, shipping dates may change due to supply fluctuation. If the estimated shipping date changes, springboardstore.com will contact you via email and provide you with a revised shipping estimate.
Due to the popularity of some products, springboardmediastore.com reserves the right to limit or change quantities eligible for purchase, at any time, and will post any such limitations on the product’s page. Stock is allocated solely to completed purchases. Should there be difficulty with the authorization of your credit card or other payment method, no inventory will be allocated to your order and will remain salable to other customers.
springboardstore.com makes every attempt to supply you with the products you order. In the event we confirm orders we are unable to supply, springboardstore.com will contact you to inform you and to offer you alternative products. We will cancel your order for products we cannot supply or you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Non-Apple branded products are sold “AS IS” by springboardstore.com, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers’ standard warranties. Springboardstore.com sells “AS IS” products without express or implied warranties from springboardstore.com or Springboard Media. If you have questions about manufacturers’ warranties that accompany such products, please contact the manufacturer of your product. If you need further information, please feel free to utilize the Help Desk from your Account Information page, and springboardstore.com will be glad to assist you.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your springboardstore.com purchase, please visit your Order History, from your Account Information page, or call 888-988-7717 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, built-to-order, personalized, engraved, or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened and in the original box, springboardstore.com will offer you a refund based on the original method of payment. You must return your product to the springboardstore.com warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be returned in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Springboardstore.com charges a minimum 15% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory.
springboardstore.com recommends that you use a shipping carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and that you either insure your package for safe return, or declare the full value of the shipment to protect you in the event of a loss or damage. If you choose not to user a carrier that offers tracking, or insure or declare the full value of the return, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

springboardstore.com is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on springboardstore.com concerning the pricing or availability of any item.

Springboard Rewards Points
springboardstore.com is pleased to provide our customers with our Springboard Rewards Points program. Customers who purchase qualifying products will accrue Rewards Points on their account to be redeemed during checkout and applied to the total balance due. In cases where the use of Rewards Points reduces the cost of the products purchased to zero, customers are still responsible for any associated sales tax, and/or shipping costs.
The Rewards Points accrued from purchasing products varies by product. Each item for sale on springboardstore.com is assigned a Rewards Point value and listed on every product detail page. springboardstore.com retains the right to increase, decrease, and/or eliminate the number of Rewards Points associated with any product any time without warning.
Should the Rewards Points increase on a product that has been previously purchased, no credit will be given. All Rewards Points are accrued at the time of purchase based on the assigned value at that point in time. Springboard Rewards Points are non-transferable.
Springboard Rewards Points can be used on any items for sale on springboardstore.com without limitation. To redeem Rewards Points, you must must sign on to your online account at springboardstore.com. You can visit your Account Page at anytime to view accrued Rewards Points.
Rewards Points applied to order items that are subsequently returned or exchanged will be credited back to your account.
Any Rewards Points earned on purchases that are later returned will be removed from your account. If your Rewards Points balance is insufficient at the time of return, 10% of the remaining Rewards Points will be deducted from the monies returned.
springboardstore.com retains the right to modify and/or eliminate the program at any time for any reason.
