What is your return policy?
Springboardstore.com accepts all new and unused products for return 15 days from the date that your item was shipped. Open box items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will carry a minimum 15% restocking fee should it be accepted for return. Opened software is non-returnable, except for defective discs. To initiate a return, you must apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Start this process by logging in to your account and clicking on order history. Click on order details and at the bottom of your order you will see a link to request an RMA. If the RMA is approved, you must return your product to the springboardstore.com headquarters within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be returned in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened and in the original box, springboardstore.com will offer you a refund less the cost of shipping.
Can I ship to an alternate shipping address?
While we understand the convenience this would bring you, only transactions processed using PayPal can be shipped to an alternate shipping address. This is done to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How can I track my order?
For all UPS deliveries: When your items have shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). Simply visit www.UPS.com to track your shipment.
For all same-day deliveries: When your items have shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it has gone out for delivery. You can request specific time and date for your delivery in the appropriate box at time of purchase.
What is the cutoff time for ordering to receive same-day delivery in Philadelphia?
To ensure the best possible experience, all orders must be placed no later than 3PM to guarantee free same-day delivery. Only shipping addresses in the 191XX zip code qualify for this promotion. Same-day delivery is offered 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays.
Do you ship outside of the continental USA? PO Boxes?
Springboardstore.com currently only ships to the continental United States, and due to UPS regulations, does not ship to PO Boxes.
Can I order something and stop by a retail store to pick it up? Or have someone pick it up for me?
We are unable to do so at this time. As a reminder, Springboardstore.com offers FREE same-day delivery in Philadelphia, 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, on orders over $100.
Do you offer gift-wrapping? Can you send my purchase as a gift with a gift receipt and have the actual receipt mailed to me? Do you offer gift registry?
Springboardstore.com does offer gift-wrapping for small items only. Please leave a note at purchase with the items you want gift-wrapped. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your request you will be contacted via email. All shipments include a packing slip that does not indicate the prices for any product, but can be used to facilitate a return. From your account page, you can create a gift registry.
Do you offer any financing options?
Springboardstore.com does not currently have any financing options available. However, all of our retail locations offer great financing options. Please stop into Center City Philadelphia, Main Street at Exton, or Midtown Village Philadelphia.
Can I pay with multiple credit cards?
Springboardstore.com is unable to do so at this time. If you need assistance or would like to pay with multiple forms of payment, please call us at 1-888-988-7717 and we would be happy to assist you in completing your transaction.
Is Springboardstore.com an Apple Authorized Reseller?
Springboardstore.com is owned by Springboard Media. Springboard Media is a Premier Apple Specialist. To achieve Specialist status, Apple requires the highest levels of service and training. Springboard Media has been serving the Philadelphia community since 1996.
Can I buy an iPad on springboardstore.com? How can I order products that are unavailable for web purchase?
We are unable to sell the iPad through our online store. Products such as the iPad or Sonos can be ordered by calling one of our retail locations 215-988-7777 (Center City Philadelphia), 610-280-3800 (Exton), or 215-599-9000 (Midtown Village Philadelphia) one of our sales associates will be happy to help you.
Can I buy Springboardstore.com and/or iTunes gift cards through your site?
Absolutely! Springboardstore.com offers electronic gift certificates that are easy to share with your friends and loved ones. In addition, iTunes gift cards are a great way to rack up reward points you may use on your next iPod or Mac purchase.
What is an open-box item?
Open-box items are typically items that we have removed from their packaging to use on display or have been returned with open packaging but not used. Buying open-box is a great way to save on a product you want. For Apple-branded products and accessories, please contact Apple directly at 1-800-APL-CARE. All Apple-branded products come with a limited product warranty. You can extend your coverage for two additional years on select products with the AppleCare Protection Plan.
For all non-Apple-branded products and accessories, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly.
Why do I have to call to update my account from Guest to Member status?
This is a great question. Springboardstore.com is taking the initiative to protect its Members against online fraud and identify theft. By requiring a quick, one-time, account activation process, Springboardstore.com assures you that you're protected when ordering Apple products.
Is my transaction secure? Is my information private? Will you sell or share my information?
All transactions are completed on an SSL-secured site, indicated by the padlock icon in your browser and the https:// prefix during the checkout process. Rest assured that your information is safe and secure, and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your expressed and written consent.
How do I redeem my Reward Points? Can I get an item for free?
You will be prompted to enter any accumulated reward points that you would want to use towards your purchase during checkout. Reward points reduce the cost of items in your cart. While you can get any item on the store for free if you have enough points, due to state and federal law, you would still be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or shipping charges.
Can I use my reward points when shopping at your retail locations? Do I earn reward points when shopping at your retail locations?
The Springboard Rewards program is only available for springboardstore.com customers. You cannot use or earn reward points at either of our retail locations.
Are there any other ways to earn Reward Points, besides purchasing items?
You can use the "Tell a Friend" link to let somebody you know of products at Springboardstore.com that may interest them. Should they purchase what you suggested, 100 reward points will be added to your account.
What does becoming an affiliate mean?
Becoming an affiliate allows you to create custom links that you post on your website, blog, or any other medium that reaches large groups of people.
